    • Achieved more than 20% of volume growth over 5 years on the dairy category
    • Led the development of dairy range’s business strategies and operations - GLORIA, NESPRAY, LCS (Lait Concentré Sucré NESTLE)
    • Owned the category P&L and initiated cost saving projects to improve the brands’ profitability
    • Participated to identify the opportunity to replace final product full cream milk powder importation by installing locally a repacking factory for GLORIA and NESPRAY; leading to significantly improve the brands’ profitability
    • Succeeded to launch propositions that answer to local consumers’ needs by enlarging the powdered milk category through popularly positioned products for GLORIA
    • Drove trial on powdered milk and enlarge the consumer base by setting up national promotional campaigns

    flavours); that enabled to take the leadership position in less than 18 months
     Positioned the acquisition of powdered juice DRINK’O’POP as the tactical popular proposition by
    launching affordable SKUs
