• In charge of foreign purchasing for all subsidiaries of the PETROSER group: Negotiations, confirming orders to the suppliers. Opening LCs with banks. Following-up the orders until the final clients.

• Elaborate -in coordination with sales department- the yearly schedule of supply, and update it on a monthly basis in terms of sales, stock & delivery deadlines.
• Responsible for Bitumen vessels’ unloading operations: organize the vessels’ berthing with maritime agent and harbor’s master, goods inspection, giving instructions of unloading to the ship’s master (the rate, the pressure...).
• In charge of foreign purchasing for both affiliates (TBA & TLA): Sending orders to the suppliers. Opening LCs with banks. Following up the suppliers and all the requested documents to clear the goods. Following up with the clearing agent all the steps to clear goods in the shortest timing to avoid paying demurrage fees. Getting authorization from the ministry of commerce concerning specific products importation. Organize goods’ shipping towards the warehouses. Providing sales managers on weekly basis with estimated arrival date of goods and orders in transit.
• Key-user of Material Management (MM) module on SAP: Manage all flows on SAP related to MM module (purchases flows, Inventory control, Material database…), Interlocutor with SAP’s team in Paris for assistance, corrective or evolutions requests related to MM.
• Participation in the implantation of SAP as key-user of Material Management module: setting parameters, training of final users…
