Mrs. Françoise NADJOMBE has a solid professional and academic background in project management, social activities systems improvement with a wide range experience in supports dialogue between groups in conflict. Capacity of promotes and protects the interest of threatened groups through advocacy in full respect of humanitarian and international law. Supports civil society groups and institutions at the local level that promote a culture of peace and reconciliation. Within Twenty seven (27) years in Civil Affairs component and Electoral process. I worked internationally for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP); International Funds of Agriculture Development (IFAD) and MONUC/Drc. I also worked with International NGO as NDI, Plan International and CONGAT.
Before performing that, I was employed by National administration as cooperatives consorter and with many national companies notably; Rural Development Propjet as Gender specialist and National coffee and Cocoa Development Company as cooperatives counselor. My professional experience made me gain proficiency in organization of big events, for sensitization and training session for local partners, logistic coordination, financial management and reports writing.
I am pro-active, creative and accurate. I am skilled in meeting deadlines and deliver outputs at very high standards events under pressure. Respect for local cultures and values, awareness of the impact of personal conduct, ability to adapt behavior to different environments with sensitivity; Ability to work with tact and diplomacy, primarily as an enabler of constructive actors and processes.
I am fully computer literate and have proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) internet and mail software. I am fluent in written/oral French. I have good working knowledge of English, have great facility in learning the local languages from the areas of my assignments

    for support that can be provided to improve their functionality;
    - Provided technical support to the villages in elaboration of their development action plan (planning and
    budgeting);

    - Organized workshops and sensitized population in collaboration with NGO and UN agencies;
    - Provided regular reports on weekly and monthly basis.

    1995 - 1998 Basic Development Specialist in United Nations Development Programme in BURUNDI (UNDP/BURUNDI) at Ruyigi. My responsibility included:

    - Sensitized population and local authorities in development issues, peace building and rehabilitation of
    economic activities; Carried out need assessment of local NGO and provided reinforcement and assistance
    to the projects; Identified humanitarian needs and facilitated access to sinister and vulnerable people by
    requiring other UN agencies facilities (UNICEF, HCR, OXFAM);
    - Provided regular reports.
