I have over 20 years experience as HR Manager and prior to that had also 20 years experience in finance and treasury.
My experience is mainly in industrial companies like Energizer Egypt and in Non governmental organization in American Institute for Research, RTI and World Learning in projects funded by USAID.
Have managed difficult subjects in HR activities like downsizing and labor negotiation and industrial relation, salary structure, management restructuring, start-up project and closing -out projects, preparing HR manuals, personnel orientation and operation manuals. Managed training of Ethics and Individual respect and anti-harassment procedures.
Ensured compliance with local labor law and social insurance. Prepared payroll software package and implemented it with salary receipts issuance and full compliance to Payroll taxes.
Managed work permits for foreign staff members.
Have great interpersonal skills, communication skills that allowed me to build trust and friendly environment that served well management and staff members.
Have very strong analytical skills due to my finance background that helped me in negotiating benefit package, salary budget and performance management planning, implementation with very concise Merit work book to build good and fair merit increase system

I started as Accounts Supervisor maintaining, controlling and analyzing company accounts extracting trial balance and keeping the whole set of accounting books and financial statements
• In 1983, I was promoted to Management Accountant I assumed the responsibility of issuing local and USA financial report according to U.S. GAAP.
• The responsibility included financial analysis and performance rating through ratios and analyzing variances from annual business plan.
• In 1986 I assumed the additional responsibility of EDP coordinator whereby it started with evaluating quotation and heading the system analysis team with the computer company's software staff, supervised and managed the whole project of computerizing the accounting and management reporting system, prepared necessary operational procedure and trained the accounting staff on full computerized accounting system.
• In 1989 was promoted to the position of Systems Manager.
• In 1991 was promoted to Assistant Treasurer.
