A graduate in economics and management from the economic university of Casablanca, I currently hold a master's degree in human resources management from the National School of Commerce and Management in Casablanca which I am always studying (evening classes), in parallel I did several internships in human resources in different companies to discover all volet HR ( recruitement , administration , training , social .... ) and now I am lucky to have a position of junior project manager at Maghreb Steel.

    ( ANAPEC ) ↳ Manage administrative processes linked to the function (employment contracts,
    temporary work, Anapec, CNSS card)
    * Monitoring of trial periods for evaluation and collection of surprise reports.
    * Collection and verification of administrative documents for new recruits (permanent contract, intern)
    * Update the HR database and dashboards (personnel number, personal data, outputs, etc.)
    * Management of the HR Hotline: answering employees' questions (mutual, legal information, paid holidays, etc.).
    * HR development & project:
    * Publish and follow recruitment announcements on the various Jobboards
    * Select the CVs received according to current needs (PPR 2019 & 2020)
    * Update the candidate database according to profile and experience.

    * Pre-qualify candidates for telephone and physical interviews.
    * Participating in school forums and specialized fairs (company presentation, recruitment forum, etc.)

    * Integration of new recruits and interns.
    * Participant developed and deployed the training plan on an annual basis through an end-to-end process: From the definition of the need to the end of the training.
    * Participating in the various HR projects (REC, Job descriptions, organization chart, etc...)
    * Participating in school forums and specialized fairs.
    * Organization of meetings, technical interviews and booking of training rooms.

    * Management of work accident / mutual SANAD / management of the file of retirement and deaths (CNSS, CIMR) and occupational disease.
