Mission 1: Lead the sensory and customer studies to define the specifications of the systems and services:
- estimate the sensory and the emotional perceptions of the customers and define product targets according to the results of the tests,
- evaluate the customers' perception of innovative propositions,
- model the customers preferences from instrumental criteria to make specifications at early stages of the projects
- perform preference mapping to make specifications based on the customers' sensations
Mission 2: Develop scientific knowledge in the field of the customer's perception and transfer this knowledge to the company through standards.
Mission 3: Develop sensory science in the company through training and communication: develop and lead a 1,5 day course in sensory science to renault employees.
