2008 - maintenant- Decline the Plan (budget) given by Corporate to the NCR Service Business Unit by area which includes France and French West indies
- Provide the actual and Outlook for revenue and costs figures (P&L) to the Region Management on a monthly basis
- Validate revenue recognition in accordance with internal Policies
- Explain the potential gaps between the planned and actual results to Corporate Management
- Collect and analyse on a weekly basis revenue and costs data provided by the local Teams and adjust outlook accordingly
