    2007 - 2010 Document control department Supervisor, I’m responsible for the establishment of standard process, Procedures, Document Management system administrator.
    • To comply with ISG Policy regarding the electronic Documentation Management
    • Responsible for the implementation of ISG project documents and data management system, documentum and e-warehouse
    • Ensure that documents are available and maintained updated at all required locations
    • Support all ISG departments on the archive and distribution of the existing and new generated documentation.

    • Liaise with IT Dept and SAIC / Bentley to maintain the good running of Documentum and eWarehouse systems.
    • Assist and coordinate with the site document controller when contractor documents are received

  • JGC KBR - Document Controller

    2003 - 2006 Issues drawings to Subcontractors and JK departments.
    • Maintains an updates list of drawings receive at In Amenas Site.
    • Always knowledgeable of each drawing location and its relevance to the project.
    • Maintain a complete job record and data distribution system.

    • Responsible for the receipt, registration, filing, distribution and disposal
