   Handling all crew change operations (flight booking)
  -- A good mastery of Offshore Emergency communication procedures using the GMDSS console and other devices.
   Helicopter Operations during crew change and emergency landing.
   Prepare crew Time Sheets and forward to respective offices.
   Creat T- Cards, organize and update Life Boats.
   Arrange the POB (people on board) and update it daily.
   Take care of all radio communication equipment.
   Translate French – English and English – French conversations and documents.
   Watch over alarm systems and Transfer call to different offices.
   Prepare flight manifest, relay communications between onshore and offshore.
  -- Good experience in Onboard Emergency Drills (Fire drill, Abandon Ship drill etc) and preparing drill reports.
