As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, my daily tasks and responsibilities are:
> Testing
Requirement Analysis
Create Test Plans( with customized Test Cases) from new product requirements Or Bug fixes details.
Perform Manual System Tests
Conduct Manual and Automated Regression testes
Build, expand and maintain automated test scripts
Write documentation: Ensure traceability is maintained at all stages of the QA process
> Issue management
Receiving issue fixes from product managers
Reproducing issues and explaining to developers
Manage issues from identification to resolution and re-testing.
Record clear, detailed defect information in the defect tracking system
> Team work
Organize with product teams for testing: Project Managers, Business Analyst, Developers, Testers, Regression Master, Support consultants...
Reporting to Test Manager, Product Manager and Project Managers
Take part in conceptual and design sessions
Attend and organize Training sessions for sharing knowledge purpose.
Adhere to and enforce the development process
Mentor QA interns and help build a cohesive team
Assist manager with defining/improving the QA process
Qualifications:
Confirmed experience on a multinational Company with a high challenging and ever changing environment.
A passion for Quality: Attention to detail and looking beyond the everyday scenario
Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving aptitude
Strong team orientation, and able to work independently.
Team player and able to work on multi-site development projects(London - Tunis - Paris)
