En résumé

Mes vrais débuts étaient à AG Partners Dakar où j'ai occupé respectivement en 2007, le poste de Junior Média et en 2008, le poste de Responsable Média - Chef de Pub Junior dans ladite agence.

J'ai par la suite fait un stage de perfectionnement à Paris (le siège)pour une durée de 03 mois où j'ai eu à gérer des campagnes tant locales que panafricaines.

En Septembre 2008, j'arrive donc à Cotonou pour le poste de Chef de Publicité Sénior avec comme budgets en charge : PSI, Union Européenne, UNICEF et la mise en oeuvre du Sommet Africain sur les Maladies Tropicales Négligées (MTN) Edition 2009 au Bénin en présence de différents chef d'Etats de la sous région et représentants.

Six mois plus tard je suis nommé au Poste de Responsable de Clientèle à AG Partners Burkina avec comme budget en charge : 2iE - Connecteo - Total pour ne citer que ceux là.

La vie est une multitude d'expériences. J'intègre MTN Bénin au mois de juin pour le poste de Trade Marketing Specialist.

    2014 - maintenant Assignments:
    - Define marketing strategies according to the road map for the region such as product and services, Data penetration, %Market Share and Mobile Money
    - Increase MTN leadership, revenue etc.

    Focus
    - Design and launch promo in the channel to drive sales, refill or usage, adoption or activations of any product, service or offer, not involving any change on the system, and limited within the region, or within specific Distributor’s network
    - Define and launch pricing for new products, services and offers, modify pricing for existing products, services and offers
    - Design and launch NATIONAL promos involving any change on the system, on new or existing product, service, offer
    - Identify, develop and deploy sponsorships and events with national Impact
    - Design and launch REGIONAL promos involving any change on the system, on new or existing product, service, offer
    - Coordinate the Product and services post launch test in the region in the framework of the Product testing committee validated by the management
    - Deploy any BTL activities or concept aimed at supporting nationwide campaigns (Brand campaigns, new products launch, national promos, etc…)
    - Deploy communication on national and local TV and radio to support National Campaigns
    - Define regional Target of key indicators such as RGS, Revenue, Market Share, Data users, Data revenue and Mobile Money
    - Monthly and quarterly regional performance tracking against budget
  • MTN Bénin - Trade Marketing Specialist

    2010 - maintenant - Devise a system for classifying sales and service outlets and design the appropriate merchandising strategy for each type, taking into account brand positioning and CI, marketing & distribution strategy. Coordinate with sales to roll-out merchandising, implement tools to track merchandising materials on the ground, regularly refresh and upgrade

    - Coordinate all Marketing in-puts into the store design and new store roll -out process, from selection of new store location (ground traffic mapping) alignment of store designs to CI, official inauguration or launch of new stores including new Service Centres, Dealer Franchise stores, Connect Stores, any new branded outlets.

    - Regular tracking of MTN brand presence in the market, periodic review of market coverage comprising outdoor, POS, retail media locations compared to population, network coverage, competitor presence. Redeploy and reorganise when and where necessary to ensure maximum market coverage for budget.

    - Coordinate orders, dispatches, manage stocks of merchandising materials, branded giveaways, store fittings & outdoor branding kits etc.. to ensure constant supply of branded materials to support sales & marketing activity when & where needed

    - Devise direct and interactive communication mechanisms (town storms, road -shows, spot product demos) to activate marketing campaigns on the field and give more impact to product launches and promos, encourage quick uptake of new products, educate and assist customers on more complex products.

    - Coordinate with Network Group, Sales &Distribution, Customer Care announce and announce new coverage areas. Design & implement kit of parts for various types of new area launches

    - Coordinate with S&D, and CSCs to identify specific needs and gaps, in localized areas

    - Day-to-day management of with BTL agency to ensure effective use of resource
