    • Led the eBay Holidays Business Development function for 6 European countries, including defining goals in terms of Listings, Partners, Revenue and Resource Needs

    • For the French government, led a cost-saving plan on €15 Bn purchase: defined the processes and methodology for the audit, managed 50 consultants across four consulting firms, and defined the recommendations to be implemented throughout the whole public administration (7 months)
    • Defined the restructuring program of an airport operator (positioning study and implementation of the new target company through a merger of its subsidiaries) (4 weeks)
    • Analyzed the potential of an international E-commerce strategy for a major European retailer (6 weeks)
    • Implemented a cost-saving plan on capital goods purchase for a global tire manufacturer (10 weeks)

    Suresnes 2002 - 2004 • Achieved within a four-people team a 30 M€ annual reduction (25% of 120 M€) on Telecom costs
    • Strategy and business development: Analyzed the Telecom market and identified cost-saving opportunities. Initiated and implemented corporate actions and policies in terms of feasibility, cost/benefits and added value. Controlled the financial reporting of the projects. Anticipated costs and provided risk assessment.
    • Global project and team management: Managed several projects (up to 1 M€ budget each) within budget and time along with suppliers and global multi-disciplinary teams to roll-out new global services. Negotiated (global Requests for Proposal) with key global telecom players for several M€ each. Regularly reported to the CIO on results. Delivered on-time and within budget highly customized client solutions to the first ISP clients. Project exceeded expectation enabling unit to become a department.
