With more than fifteen years of middle- and top-management recruitment experience, he helps private equity firms to identify board members and non-executive directors for small- and medium-sized operating companies in which they have invested.
Prior to joining Kenseo, Nicolas has managed teams and businesses for two leading listed recruitment companies across Europe (France & Switzerland) and Asia (Hong-Kong & Singapore). During this time, he hired key executive committee roles including CFOs, CMOs, HR, Sales and Digital/E-commerce directors.
Nicolas holds a Master’s degree from EDHEC Business School. He is fluent in French and English.
