In charge of HR management for France (130 empl.), Italy (35 empl.) and Spain (35 empl.):
- Performance management : implement the WW performance review and salary increase processes in SER countries (2 processes per year); implement yearly Bonus and Compensation Plans; define and manage Performance Improvement Programs for low performers.
- Employment : run a sales/marketing people “refreshment” through recruiting of high performer senior or high potential junior profiles and through dismissals.
- Training : define and implement SER training policy, design new training sessions in order to develop knowledge and know-how sharing; facilitate Achieve Global “Leadership for results” training sessions.
- M&A : run Due Diligence sessions, manage HR aspects of acquisition process (information and consultation of Worker Council, offer letter / work contract transfer / termination, integration)
- Labour Relations : lead French Work Council and develop and maintain constructive relationship with Employees Representatives.
- HR Process : Implement and manage HR processes according to Sybase Corp rules and in compliance with local Labour Law; run HR processes audit on a regular basis.

- Career Development : define and implement an appraisal tool, organise an appraisal process for all employees and involving all managers, use results to define training, promotions, salary initiatives.
- Comp & Ben : define key salary indicators for each function and each job class in order to improve the individual salary raise process.
- Training : design and organise a training plan for all managers in order to improve their management skills (about 80 managers trained).
- Employment : negotiate individual dismissal agreements (75 people in 2 years). Supervise recruitment of 20 young “trainees” working partly at college and partly in the company.
- Labour Relations : lead Training Committee meetings. Responding to questions from Personnel Representatives. Make presentations on HR topics to Worker Council.
- Communication : member of the editorial committee of the internal newspaper, draft articles on HR topics

- Recruitment: define and perform significant recruitment plans targeting young graduates and young professionals for filling R&D, marketing, purchasing and operations positions.

- Professional mobility: as France and International Mobility Manager of the Division, participate in Corporate Job Exchange meetings and help to define corporate mobility guidelines. Negotiate transfers from or to other divisions, in France and abroad.
- Training: manage the Division training plan (budget of 750 K€ per year). Implement “cost-effective” training sessions designed and performed by managers from the Division. Lead Training Committee meetings.
