    2008 - 2008 Supported an Iraqi refugee family upon arrival in the US to help them assimilate, operate, and adapt to American culture. Met with the family up to 12 hours per week to teach English, translate, accompany them to appointments and interviews, and help them with job applications. Taught English to adult refugees from Iraq, Sudan & Haiti & a group of children from Congo in 2013 in NYC.

    2007 - 2013 Held the main seat of responsibility for this international leadership training company. Managed an international staff of 30+, trained teaching staff and event producers in dozens of cities worldwide, codeveloped a 300-hour teacher training program, designed, programmed, launched and ran a custom eLearning continuing education program that served hundreds of teachers and trainees globally. Oversaw all event production and registration, produced over three dozen large adult education events worldwide many with 250+ attendees, oversaw on and offline marketing and communications, and a rebrand process, managed social media & web presence. Performed as de facto-director from 2010-2012 while director was on sabbatical.

    Roubaix 2004 - 2008 Founded and led a student organization to lead campus sustainability. Oversaw many successful projects including establishing a university course for rainwater harvesting, re-landscaping of prominent campus buildings and widespread solar investments across campus. Led the university, from having zero sustainability projects to become one of the top 10 in the USA for sustainability.
