Entreprises

  • High Technology Park of Yugra - Engineering Project Manager

    2012 - maintenant > Provided technical analysis, focusing on chemistry of a US fuel additive company's     technological process for the product: diesel fuel package of additives resulting in cetane     number improvement and pollutant emissions reduction;
    > Accomplished feasibility study about use of the above fuel additive in production of diesel fuel     in Yugra region of Russian Federation, resulted in an agreement about the creation of joint     venture industrial facility with US company's know-how and local production capacities;
    > Manipulated various test techniques to assert the performance and quality of the package of
    additives;
    > Performed technical analysis of the technology of conversion of associated oil gas into    oxygenate compounds, mainly in methanol for the further use as essence additives;
    > Represented the Company in external and international associations, conferences and    forums;
  • Gazprom Neft - Project Engineer

    2012 - 2012 > Systematized different technologies of association gas treatment, using benchmarking and
    international best practices;
    > Recommended the on-site associated gas treatment in Fischer-Tropsch process;
    > Calculated synthetic oil yield if using various input gas composition, recommended gas
    fractionation for better synthetic oil yield.
  • Russian State Corporation in Biotechnologies - Research engineer

    2008 - 2009 > Researched and summarized various technologies of second-generation biofuel production,
    especially biobuthanol from forest industry waste;
    > Involved in R & D activities developing new fermentation processes viable for commercial    scale;
    > Formulated processes to obtain end product from molecules produced by fermentation;
  • Russian Federation Research Center in Oil Refining - Research engineer

    2007 - 2008 > Formulated commercial product - lubricity additive for diesel fuel - for Russian Oil Major,
    implementing catalytic oligomerisation process of alfa-olefins;
    > Experimented dependence of the composition and properties of the poly-alfa-olefins    synthesized from such parameters as: raw materials, catalyst type, oligomerisation process    conditions, and reactor type; systematized results for optimal parameters adjustment;
    > Evaluated product composition using chromatography, infrared and mass spectroscopy;
    > Proved advantage of synthetized product lubricity quality over the one obtained in industry using oil processing methods;
