    2012 - maintenant Work in collaboration with the Quality control, Hygiene, Health safety, and Environment department.

    o Control the quality of all products of the factory, making sure they are safe for consumption, and not hazardous to the environment.
    o Ensure that products meet consumer’s demand.
    o Carry out daily physicochemical analysis of raw material, semi-finished and finished products, and present the results to the hierarchy.
    o Carry out microbial analysis of raw material, semi-finished and finished products, and present the results to the hierarchy.
    o Conduct and coordinate sensory analysis tests for the research and development of new products.
    o Assure the traceability of products sent out to the market.
    o Collaborate with reference laboratories, to carry out counter tests and confirm tests carried out in internally.

  • Helen Keller International - Surveyor

    2009 - 2010 Surveyor for the Fortification Rapid Assessment Tools (National survey), Yaoundé, Cameroon.

    * This NGO deals with tropical diseases and child and mother nutrition.
    * Interviewed nursing mothers on their food habits, and carried out the twenty four hours recall program for at least four women per day. For them and their children.
    * Gave pieces of advice to women on how to feed themselves and their babies.
    * Sensitized mothers on the different food groups, and also the advantages of consuming fortified foods.
    * Entered the data gotten from the survey for further processing.

  • Société Camerounaise de Verrerie - Interne

    2006 - 2006 - Studied the reproducibility and the repeatability of measures in the laboratory.
    - Controlled on daily basis the quality of the bottles on the production line.
    - Sorted out bottles at random for final control in the laboratory.
