HQ in Amsterdam in coordination with Paris HQ functions. Develop the retail strategy and the business plan.
- Lead the retail roll-out with 14 owned and operated store openings in Europe (11 full price stores: St. Tropez/Pop-Up,
Paris /St. Germain, Amsterdam, Paris/Le Marais, Berlin/Mitte, Munich/men's, Munich/women's, Antwerp, Zurich/Jelmoli
concession, London/Regent Street, Berlin/Mall of Berlin. 3 Outlets: Salzburg, Neumünster, Parndorf) and overviewing the
roll-out in China with 5 openings.
- Developed the retail formats for the different lines of the brand and leading the implementation of the planned store
concepts as: Flagship stores, profit stores, SIS for the brand lines, SIS for the accessories lines, outlets and a store format
for the licensed product lines.
- Won WGSN award for best new shop 2013 with the Paris St. Germain flagship store A-concept. ;
- Built up and heading retail operations, merchandising, VM and shop construction and building up the organization
- Responsible for the own operated stores, their openings and full P&L accountability.
- Development the franchise business model, the franchise concepts and guidelines in cooperation with the Commercial

Germany, Austria) with 12 company owned DOS retail stores and 5 outlet stores and 2 Franchise stores in Poland and
Serbia. Leading a team of 15 direct reports and approx. 120 employees.
- Commercial Director for all wholesale- and franchise activities in UK/Ireland, Scandinavia, Netherlands, Germany,
Austria, Central and Eastern European EU and ex-Yugoslavian states.
- Restructuring of sales organisation and setting up of new regional office in Munich. Relocation of the legal office from
Düsseldorf to Munich and moving all managerial positions with regional responsibilities from the headquarter in
Lugano/Switzerland to Munich (2 HR Manager, Wholesale Manager, Merchandise Manager, Marketing & Sales Manager,
2 Visual Merchandiser). Implementation of a new Retail District Manager structure throughout the region and integration
of the former UK office in London/New Bond Street.
- Repositioning and upgrading of the brand and its retail store network, streamlining profitability. New openings in prime
locations of Berlin/Friedrichstrasse, Frankfurt/Goethestrasse, Hamburg/Neuer Wall, Ingolstadt Village, relocation to
better and more profitable locations in Berlin/Kurfürstendamm and Vienna/Graben. Closure of unprofitable stores in
Bremen, Salzburg and Kildare. Negotiation of all real estate related contracts, lease and keymoney-agreements (in and
out).
- Implementation of regional expansion strategy to new markets and partners, multibrand, concession and franchise.
- Opening of new key accounts with major European department stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, Brown Thomas,
KaDeWe, Steffl/Vienna and important online stores such as Net-a-Porter.
