    ==> Knowledge Management
    Mise en place des équipes, outils et processus pour institutionnaliser le KM au sein du groupe dans un objectif d'amélioration des performances individuelles, collectives et financières.
    Cela inclut également les Communauté de pratiques internes et les activités de Veille opérationnelle métier et marché.

    Maintient de la certification ISO 9001:2008 (renouvellement triennal passé en juillet 2012), animation de la qualité au sein de l'entreprise avec un focus particuliers sur les bonnes pratiques et l'amélioration continue

  • ALLERGAN - Project Manager

    Courbevoie 2005 - 2006 I had the opportunity as a self-contractor to work on this important project that consisted in 2 phases:
    1. Reorganization of Allergan european activities
    2. Project management related to the transfert of the european R&D center from Nice to London.

    This project allowed me to strengthen my change management, project management and process management skills

    This job was exciting and I learned a lot while defining and implementing the KM strategy, the communication strategy and in the daily management of the Community of Practice and the Subject Matter Expert network.

    Supporting the european Finance Directors and their teams with the corporate ERP.
