    Boulogne-Billancourt 2016 - maintenant In charge of the management of prototypes activities for Alliance Renault & Nissan new platform. Is the interface between projects teams (Renault & Nissan), internal customers (Renault & Nissan), and prototype production plant. In charge of launching of prototypes batches, requisited by the validation plan of the futurs vehicles.

    - Budget management of vehicules components and industrial tools
    - Transverse management of a multidisciplinary team of 60 people, production operators, logistics, quality specialists, buyers, planners, design office ...
    - In charge of the technical definition of prototypes, by count of validation plan requested by internal customer
    - Negotiations of resources and industrial capcity to ensure delivery time
    - Organization of the prototypes supply chain

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2015 - 2016 Animate purchasing team on projects and purchasing policy.
    Missions:
    - Intervention in the bi monthly meeting Renault supplier to present the prototype purchasing strategy
    - Launching and monitoring of a project (agile method) for a new Purchase SI

    Outcome : set up of an new KPI ("model change" as breakdown cost) to manage the economic performance of the project.
