    Yearly Turnover of 10 Million USD, mostly to oil and gas segment (offshore and
    onshore), both projects and MRO.
    Business development: product differentiation, new applications and offshore market penetration.
    Supervision of the construction of a new regional warehouse in Johor Bahru within
    budget (5 Million USD) and timeframe. Start-up and management of the new stock sales
    activity.
    Headcount increase from 15 to 25.
  • ArcelorMittal Stainless Service Vietnam - General Manager

    2007 - 2011 Management of this ArcelorMittal subsidiary grouping two stainless steel service centers (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City).
    Creation of the Branch in the South Vietnam, supervision of the construction and start-up of the new factory within initial budget (3 Million USD) and timeframe.
    Headcount increase from 25 to 42, implementation of measures to counter the high staff turnover, improvement of employment contracts to limit legal conflicts, team building.
    Re-organized the sales force (structure, staff, incentives, supervision, controls), implemented a new commercial policy (re-orientation of the portfolio of customers, change of payment terms, change of the mix of products).
    Production: recognized commitment to ArcelorMittal Health and Safety program, very good Heath and Safety results, continuous improvement programs, increase of the productivity and quality, implementation of 2 TPM pillars.
    Yearly turnover 5-8 Million USD.
  • Uginox Vietnam - Deputy General Manager

    2006 - 2007 Managed the change from an Excel-based system to the Group ERP named Sidonie(production, sales, logistics and purchasing modules).
