During the project I set up and coordinated the steering of a team composed of 50 people which included:
• building, challenging, and steering the schedule by dealing with internal (A380 System) and external (AIRBUS and suppliers) interfaces
• building and implementing integration and test processes (V&V) to get the whole system integrated in the Aircraft
