    2007 - 2008 My mission is to set up a complete tool with 5 robots in Micron Technologies fab, to be in support on others sites in the US, and to meet new customers/partners to develop TMI-Tech activities in the US.

    • Robot controller software development (Staubli VAL3) and global tool installation and set up
    • Set up of several other robots (Isel) for wafer handling

  • MI-GSO pour AIRBUS - Project Management Officer

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2007 The aim of the project was to adapt, deploy, create and coordinate Integration and project management processes within A380 cockpit Flight Operations system

    During the project I set up and coordinated the steering of a team composed of 50 people which included:
    • building, challenging, and steering the schedule by dealing with internal (A380 System) and external (AIRBUS and suppliers) interfaces
    • building and implementing integration and test processes (V&V) to get the whole system integrated in the Aircraft
