After 16 years experience in a fast growing company, I am now launching an innovative concept of culinary design shops in Japan. Our 1st shop is located in the lovely area of Okamoto, in front of the train station of the Hankyu Osaka-Kobe line.

We specialize in designing sweets using ingredient from the organics farming of the Alps ("Agriculture Biologique" label), and also some forgotten alpin plants. 100% of our product are made nearby the Mont-Blanc.
