2012 - maintenantChallenge Technique: Développement d’une nouvelle famille de produit basée sur une transmission mécanique. Intégration d’un moteur, ECU et capteur de course. Projet réalisé en collaboration avec 3 sites de développements en Europe.
Management : Fonctionnel, coordination de 17 membres : 1 chef d’équipe, 3 ingénieurs développements aidés par 3 projeteurs et 1 calculateur en éléments finis, 3 chefs de projets aidés par 2 projeteurs, 2 responsables essais aidés de 4 techniciens. Reporte au directeur développements (hiérarchique) et au responsable du programme iBooster (fonctionnel).
Projets et réalisation : projet de commande de freinage destinée aux véhicules électriques et hybrides. Développements de nouveau savoir faire dans le domaine de la transmission. Projets en collaborations avec les services système et software (programmation des nouvelles fonctionnalités), la division moteur et électronique. Organisation des équipes, des planning et priorités.

2008 - 2012Mission: Management of development project and introduction of new product. Manage cost reduction activity. Support the setting-up of development department (Competence, Human Resources and Process).
Technical challenge: Taylor product to China Market. Transfer and maintain Engineering know-how. Support development and organization of engineering department. Maintain relations and exchange with other region (main window).
Management: management of cross functional team with Engineering, Purchase, Manufacturing, Controlling
and Marketing. Report to world wide Engineering vice-president.
Project & realization: Project Plan and project monitoring. Support and organize investment plan to set-up department necessary equipment. Manage and set-up budget development KPI on department. Material cost reduction by 25% using deep component localization and identify supplier partner for process improvement. Set-up and follow tri-annual plan on cost improvement. Adapt design to local constraint. Define the necessary milestone to achieve in order to become Engineering Competence centre in Asia.

2004 - 2008Management of 6 engineers and 13 technician team. European testing co-ordinators.
I have succeeded to develop new competences in term of measurement and know-how to achieve a perfect autonomy and a better reactivity and efficiency.
I also develop a prototype workshop to decrease prototype testing delay due to external supplier and also decrease development process cycle time by 30%.
All this activities is now followed by indicators putting in place by me.
New testing process is in progress: the objective is to reduce time of doing report by simplifying them and eliminate paper (all process with signatures will be done by electronics)
