    2014 - maintenant I'm a SAP Support Consultant whose main focus is Logistics. Over the years I gained a knowledge in SD, MM, WM, CS, HR, XSLO, Authorizations domains through different projects and years of experience as a support consultant.
    My role within the SAP support team was to analyze new incident requests till 03-2016 and solve 1st, 2nd and 3th line issues and Change requests in a clear, effective and pragmatic way.
    Within our PCoE certified support team TheValueChain supports 30 customers on a daily basis.
    I participated to the implementation of Solution Manager – Incident Management for internal usage.
    I like to work onsite at customer too for general SAP support.

    Tasks and realizations:
    • Incidents management:
    o Customizing of Incident Management Module (09-2014 / 02-2015)
    o New incident – analyze – assignment (09-2014 / 03-2016)
    o Following open issues (09-2014 / 03-2016)
    o Reporting to customers and consultants (09-2014 / 03-2016)
    • 1st, 2d and 3rd line support and Change Requests: Logistics, output determination, authorizations, SAP queries…

    Onsite SAP Support
    o at Educam (06-2014 – now) – General functional SAP support:
    Logistics (SD, PS log., MM basic), FI basic, XLSO basic, CRM, SAP queries, Master Data Mass changes (MASS, LSMW), authorizations (full implementation + training, maintenance)

    o at Heidelberg Benelux (11-2011–12-2012 / 12-2015–now) – General functional SAP support:
    Logistics (SD, MM, WM), FI-basic, SAP queries, Master Data Mass changes (MASS, LSMW), smartforms, users maintenance, authorizations (implementation, maintenance)

    o at ADB Airfield Solutions (04-2016 – now) – General functional SAP support:

  • Oasis Consultants / Micropole - SAP Logistic & Support Consultant

    2011 - 2014 Oasis consultants has been audited and certified by SAP as Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) since 28/02/2012 and has created a professional service desk team for the SAP customer support.
    I participated to the re-certification of Micropole Belgium for next 2 years (till 2016) by SAP as Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE).
    I solved support incidents for customers of Micropole Belgium in the logistics modules; with 1st and 2nd line knowledges of the WM/CS/MM/CRM/MAM/HR modules, uploads of master data, SAP Queries, outputs and SmartForms, and authorizations.
    I still work on site for General SAP Support at Plantin since 11-2011.
    I have an all-round overview of the associated logistics functionalities.

  • Plantin - SAP Business Analyst

    2008 - 2011 Within the ICT Team at Plantin, I assisted to the last steps of the blueprints, participated actively to the master data migration, followed and helped the key users for their trainings and for the realization of training support for the end users.

    Then she assured the functional support for the key users and end users in using SAP: training, requests, issues in SAP and MS Office.

    This project was divided into 3 different important phases. I participated and did the functional support for all of these:
    1st phase: Plantin at Brussels
    2d phase: Integration of Plantin Display (Plantin subdivision) to the SAP system of Plantin
    3rd phase: Integration of Tetterode NL (Plantin sister company) to the SAP system of Plantin

    This was done for the 3 phases:
    • Preparation of master data file for uploads in SAP
    • Support the key user to prepare the end users (Creation of training support, trainer…)
    • Support after SAP Go Live for all modules implemented: SD, MM, CS, FI, WM, CRM, BI; authorizations, output determination…

    2007 - 2007 I left 7 months in Denmark to integrate a team of +/- 100 persons (key users and consultants) united for a complete implementation of several SAP modules as SD-MM-IC-WM-FI-CO-PA for Dangaard Telecom (implanted in several European countries).
    Member of the SD-Core Team, I participated to finalizing of the blueprint, test timing, made the complete testing and realized the training support for the end-users.
