    I am the lead planner of the project, my duties includes: expand and develop the existing schedule, develop a new schedule for commissioning, prepare and present detailed planning information (Gantt charts, histograms, PERT charts, Baselines Schedules, S Curves & Progress reports) and apply performance analysis. Develop, maintaining, and analysing critical path plans. Create work breakdown structures suitable to the programme of work. Constant collaboration with the site to ensure reliability of the schedule and to monitor the progress. Integrate Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning data in an organic schedule.      Projects: Engineering Procurement and Realisation of Turbogas Plants for GENERAL ELECTRIC - ENERGY. Offices c/o Belfort (France).

    I am responsible for planning, scheduling of the project, my duties are including: prepare and present detailed planning information (Gantt charts, histograms, PERT charts, Baselines Schedules, S Curves & Progress reports) and apply performance analysis within a project environment. Developing, maintaining, and analysing critical path plans and related schedules. Create work breakdown structures suitable to the programme of work. Analyse planning data and modifications as required to achieve imposed targets through time based analysis and/or resource limited based scheduling. Maintain progress data on live programs and produce progress reports.

     Projects: Engineering, Procurement and Realisation of Water Production Plants for GENERAL ELECTRIC - WATER. Offices c/o Belfort (France) and Milan (Italy).

    I was in charge for developing Project Control procedures, implementing and optimising them. The objective was to improve and structure a new PC methodology for the Business and to diffuse it between the project teams. I helped to smooth the process of migration of all the active projects on a P6 platform and I developed a convenient reporting system. In parallel I was responsible for the development and tracking of 25 projects.

     Project: Engineering and realisation of a Turbogas Plant for SNAMPROGETTI. Offices c/o Ferrara.

    I was responsible for planning of the project, develop the baseline schedule, crate the WBS and code structure in compliance with Company and Subcontractors’ guidelines, optimize the schedule at a level 4 detail. Progress updates was on a weekly basis, I was responsible to collect and integrate the data from all Subcontractors, to verify the Company’s procedure was systematically applied, to provide them support in order to uniformize theyr methods and tools to the Company’s procedures. S-curves, Weekly and Monthly reports, constant contribution of data and analisys to the Head Office.
    I also was supporting the Cost control Manager collating, verifying and validating data and information for cost/ pricing spread sheets preparation with regards personnel, equipment, consumables and subcontract services for work

     Project: Engineering Procurement and Construction of Serenissima Refinery Plant for SNAMPROGETTI. Offices c/o Mestre (VE).

    I developed the Master Schedule at a level 3 detail for the new refinery realization, affected resources and implemented a weighting system in order to obtain Leveling and S-curves analisys.
    I attended to several meetings with the Customer and Snamprogetti’s top management with the purpose of discuss and optimise the schedule.

     Realisation of Adriatic LNG pipeline for SNAMPROGETTI and EXXON MOBIL. Offices c/o Porto Viro (Rovigo).

    Interfacing with the planning staff for the projects MOSE and Adriatic LPG reporting to the Project Manager, with responsibility to create and supervise the flows of Product Costing and relevant updates, to prepare the reporting packages, budgets, forecast and updates in compliance with Head Quarter requirements, producing analysis and business performance (KPI), producing expense and efficiency analysis. I have managed activities of engineering, procurement and construction, maintaining the routine of analysis of manufacturing cost accounting and the activities related to the work period closings. I have collaborated, in according to the procedures and Business politics, to the elaboration of annual plans, of budgets and forecasts, participating in the definition and implementation of work progress reports, tabular and graphics reports for the Project Management. I participated in the activities of preparation, assemblage and of data collection of budget, supporting the business unities involved in the analysis and survey of consolidated data and formulation of forecasts. I have contributed noticing and analyzing the results and variances of budget and supporting the interested units in the determination of corrective actions, elaborating reports and periodic statistics, highlighting the profitability of the disciplines and made data available to the responsible persons for the evaluation of project status.
