Hello,
I am developper, i don't have problem in my actual job, but several time in my carrer, i must take the decision to find a new challenge.
I worked for many european groups,in France and abroad, the technical challenge was always my choice, companies gave me a knowledge always greater than before with the projects experience.
i am self-taught and i was trained by the companies. so that I have an atypical career.
for resume my path career:
-My first challenge was to be a programmer in basic/pascal on micro system (1984), done
-My second challenge was to go work under the new unix worlds with mini system (1987), international context, done
-My third challenge, i wanted work with c/c++/java/j2ee on bank system and payment terminal (1998),international context, done
Now my new challenge for the next 15 years, is the big data, i want work as developper/integration in this new world, on my way
The big data seem to be the suite logic of my experience and my carrer.
Now, i got a knowledge of the hadoop world and understand the potential what represents the big data, it takes long time because many components technology must be learned.
My job goal is the development/integration in bigdata/hadoop world, not to be data scientist.
I can brought and gave a lot and I don't look at my watch during the delivery period and testings.
Like always, i found surely the door or the window to go inside this new world.
