I have been working for last 16 years in different development organization in rural and urban setting with EU, DFID, TdH-Italy, USAID, British High Commission, World Bank, SAFANSI and Norwegian Embassy. Experience includes Project Implementation, capacity development, training module development, advocacy and networking, partnership management. I am specializing law and policy review, TNA, OD, strategic plan, program coordination, advocacy and IEC material development. I am familiar with design and implement training and other capacity development initiatives for CSOs and CSO networks, BGMEA, BKMEA, Technical Institutes, corporates, Legal Aid, policy drafts, advocacy strategy and tools development.
