• Accomplice - Sr. Software Engineer

  2013 - maintenant Accomplice is the optimization platform bringing marketing and measurement together by improving conversion rates
  across organic social, paid media, and search advertising. Our mission is to make every marketer an expert by
  intelligently guiding their efforts across the digital landscape.
  As a founding engineer, I architected Accomplice marketing platform and actively contributed to the product vision. I
  supervised the backend engineering team for the integration of Facebook Ads API, Google AdWords API, and Twitter
  Ads API.

• Xilinx - Software Engineer

  San Jose 2012 - 2013 Developed programs in Perl to speed up hardware validation in order to meet aggressive deadline of team members.
  * Heavily automated the verification process of chip and boards. ;
  * Implemented the scripts for minimal intervention of the hardware engineers, and reduced by a factor of 10 to 20 the
  time spent on verification/validation.
  * Wrapped scripts with GUI written with Tk and made the programs very user friendly for other engineers.

• EXTERRO - Software Engineer

  2010 - 2011 Developed Fusion Zeta, Exterro's e-discovery platform to remotely scan, collect and perform data mining on data
  sources of custodian involved in litigations.
  * Responsible for core back-end technology development including design, coding, and testing of crawlers capable of
  processing terabyte of data of hundreds of custodians.
  * Implemented APIs to interface with Hadoop Distributed File System to store, replicate, and retrieve data. ;
  * Integrated Lucene and Solr to index and search collected documents. ;
  * Document classification using clustering algorithms and identify near-duplicates. ;
  * Data mining on collected documents to perform concept search and enhance the relevance of responses to keyword
  search.
  * Optimized Fusion Zeta to be highly scalable, with extensive use of multithreaded processes. ;
  * Developed the Web UI using Ajax framework and designed DB for complex queries.
  Technologies: Java, Hadoop, Lucene/Solr, Cassandra, JSP/Servlet, Ajax, JavaScript, REST Web Service, MS SQL,
  Hibernate, JBoss, Tomcat, Eclipse, SVN.
