En résumé

Je travaille pour la mise au point de nouvelles solutions destinées à améliorer la santé par l'amélioration de l'alimentation quotidienne.
L'objectif est d'établir des ponts entre la nouvelle science concernant les bactéries présentes dans les intestins et les bénéfices qu'elle apporte sur la santé de chacun.
Je développe une structure (Groupe SOLACTIS) capable de transformer ces innovations scientifiques en produits pratiques, utilisables et consommables par chacun, au service de l'industrie agro-alimentaire.

    2001 - 2013 I am running the Development Programme for the Innovation Center, a Corporate Division of the SOLVAY Group.

    Based on renewable raw materials, we have developped the market of galactofructose on human and animal nutrition.

    On october 2010, our entity has obtained the highly disputed positive opinion of EFSA for human health benefits of this food ingredient.

    On June 2011, Regulation 575/2011 has confirmed that lactulose is included in the European Animal Feed Material Catalogue.
