  • Salesforce - Account Executive

PARIS 2008 - 2009 Salesforce acquired InStranet in summer 2008. So, Iadapted the cloud computing benefits to the InStranet installed customer base so as to have them move their on premise solution into the cloud.

    In terms of sales:
    - Quota achieved
    - Closed the first salesforce telecom reference in Portugal with Portugal Telecom.
  • InStranet - Account Manager

2006 - 2008 I was in charge of closing new names in Italy, Portugal, Benelux and emerging countries.

More specifically, I enjoyed closing the following:
    - Russia : First russian reference with Vimpelcom,
    - Belgium: Sony Europe first joint sales with Amdocs
  • InStranet - Professional Services Manager

2001 - 2006 I managed the team activity transition from technical expertise to business consulting and agile project management.
I implemented management tools such as sales and technical support extranet for partners and consulting services online tracking and reporting. Solutions deployed did all run on the company's proprietary engine. This was the opportunity to leverage the engine's competitive advantages with the company's partners and customers ecosystem.
I developped the services, support and training offering used to bid prospect RFPs.
In addition to consultancy provided on the customer site, I did also setup an externalized technical expert team so as to facilitate the management of customer's specific development request.

I standardized the pre-sales services offering so as to industrialize the way consultants did support the sales cycle including solution development interview frameworks, customer benefits estimation and solution value analysis, return on investment calculation and proof, quick pilot implementation.
Then I defined the implementation methodology for knowledge applications, fast and flexible, with proven success for instance on the following projects:
    - Vimpelcom-Beeline in Moscow for 7 000 users over 9 time zones
    - Transcom - Tele 2 for 10 000 users in 23 countries across Europe
I was also in charge of transfering the implementation methodology to the US team and to partners in Spain, England and Russia.
  • InStranet - Project Manager

2000 - 2001 I assisted InStranet customers implementing web content management with product and technical expertise. I was in charge of some of the strategic reference projects such as Axa, Vivendi, Crédit Lyonnais, Systeme U and Intermarché.

Then, I provided business consultancy leading large knowledge application roll out with Telecom and finance customers such as SFR, France Telecom - Orange, Wanadoo and Noos-UPC in France, Bulldog broadband in UK, Citi mortgage and Verizon in the US.
  • Elf Atochem - Process engineer

1999 - 1999 Industrial optimization: I recommended to revamp the heating and cooling system which finally resulted in:
    - a 40% decrease of heating and cooling times,
    - a 10 to 20% productivity increase depending on the chemical reaction
