During the last 15 years I performed my duties in Finance and Controlling in subsidiaries of international groups including ten years in Netafim.
During these years, I was responsible for managing the core accounting and controlling activities in the day to day operations and activities. I had the key role in month end closing to present KPI's under balanced scorecard in order to make Finance essential in the decision making.

On the other hand I participated in the foreground at all strategic projects, as SAP roll out in FI and CO modules, SOX 404 internal control implementation and coordinating the merger and acquisition of a dealer.

Finally I have become an expert in creating added value and business insights to support business decisions processes in order to achieve the company’s goals and targets.
