    Tool aims at providing a system useful to manage and monitor the HR Plan data for the entire HR Planning process, from the Bottom-up phase to each Forecast analysis.
    All the phases are supported by an approval hierarchy flow that guarantees all the HR Plan data come to Corporate level (for Top Management approval) shared and authorized by each involved parties (Line Managers and HR).

    Peoplesoft Tool (GHRS) Management
    System used for personnel management and booking timesheets for Payroll, Cost Control and the Workload Management System.
    The GHRS' modules are:
    Administer Workforce used for organizational and work assignments,
    Time & Labour for timekeeping and timesheet issues,
    Workforce Development and E-performance dedicated to development activities and performance evaluation,
    Enterprise Learning for supporting training process.
    In addition, Self-service module has been designed to promote independent access to certain data (like timesheet and profile) by employees and managers.
