I have extensive work experience in providing programmatic and technical leadership on gender,training and capacity building in gender equality,women's rights and gender analysis and mainstreaming strategic planning and gender programming ,conducting research and advising research initiatives from a gender and childs riperspectives,designing competency profiles and managing staff recruitment ,development gender and peace building and emergency preparedness plans,results -based monitoring and evaluation management and systems strngthening particularly through gender audits and development of institution wide gender action plan development and partnership and representation.
I am driven to succeed in challenging environments .I am a proven self starter with strong communication,leadership team and organisational skills who is competent and comfortable working with diverse group of people from different backgrounds.I am able to effectively manage relationships between clients senior government officials and agencies, and non state actors.I am competent in developing effectives strategies and policies and have had numerous experiences facilitating strategic planning.

    - Assisted with the execution of summer events for a variety of ages, including working the

    front desk in the community lodge helping with the need of the guest and day to day task all

    selected the summer schedule for al junior staff members.
