    1997 - maintenant Paul is a founding partner of LaBarge Weinstein Professional Corporation. Paul has been very actively involved in the technology sector in Ottawa since the early 1980's with the acquisition of Mitel by British Telecom. His practice has included financings of all types of enterprises from pulp and paper mills to satellites, major technology acquisitions and corporate acquisitions and divestitures. Paul is also a tax litigator and uses his business expertise to provide sound tax strategies as part of complex corporate transactions. As well, Paul has been a member of the Chapter 19 NAFTA Dispute Resolution Panels since 1992. Paul concentrates his practice in taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and trade law.
