Organization/team building: Work in conjunction with all the organizations participating to the above major purpose, including when necessary new sites/offices opening with the proper infrastructure (buildings, IT etc..).
Make sure the local offices distributors are empowered, motivated, disciplined and working according to main agreements at corporate level.
Budget: Ensure the realization of the sales targets assigned to the above organization.
Partnership/lobbying/corporate image: Develop the proper network and relations (local authorities, embassies, main governmental bodies) to ensure ST presence in major national projects. Ensure the development of ST corporate image.
Legal and fiscal responsibility: Ensure that all necessary procedures, processes are in place to comply with local fiscal & legal country requirements (tax, logistics)
