Paul est un professionnel en développement stratégique et des affaires, notamment pour l’élaboration de propositions techniques et financières envers un large éventail de donateurs/ bailleurs de fonds, y compris USAID, DFID et les agencies de l’ONU.
Il a auparavant travaillé pour Malaria Consortium dans l’équipe de Business Development à Londres. Il a été pour l’organisation déterminant , comme soutien dans la sécurisation des ressources nécessaires à l’accomplissement de sa mission et à la poursuite de projets et idées - principalement autour des programmes de santé publique - en Afrique Sub-Saharienne et en Asie du Sud-Est.

Paul commença sa carrière en tant qu’analyste de performance du côté des investisseurs pour la fondation privée philanthropique the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation à Londres et dans l’institution financière de développement the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria basée à Genève. Il a fait prevue d’une grande capacité d’adaptation, de beaucoup de sensibilité et d’ingéniosité comme le montre son parcours professionnel, qui aussi démontre son engagement pour la défense des droits de l’enfant à travers le monde.

Paul est titulaire de deux maîtrises, l’une en développement international acquise à l’Université de Bristol, et l’autre en gestion publique et gouvernance acquise à la London School of Economics and Political Science. De langue maternelle française, Paul parle aussi couramment anglais, espagnol et portugais.

    2015 - maintenant Malaria Consortium’s mission is to improve lives in Africa and Asia through sustainable, evidence-based programmes that combat targeted diseases and promote child and maternal health.
    Malaria Consortium implements projects in 8 countries (Uganda, Nigeria, Mozambique, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Ethiopia, South Sudan) and has an income of £58m.

    As a Business Development Officer, I work closely with headquarters, regional and country teams to support proposal development efforts and the tracking of business development opportunities from identification through to contract signing.

    I also support effectivement administration of the Business Development Unit and help it to efficiently respond to arising opportunities.

  • Children Investment Fund Foundation - Analyst, Intern - Evidence Measurement and Evaluation team

    Supporting the EME Team in ensuring that CIFF’s investments are subjected to a robust appraisal of the underlying evidence in regard to impact and cost-effectiveness, both before and during the life of an investment

    Helping the EME team develop and standardise tools to monitor and evaluate impact of CIFF’s investments on children within the impact areas indicated above.

  • The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria - Associate Analyst - Strategic Controlling Team

    2014 - 2014 The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria
    An international financing institution that invests the world’s money to save lives. To date, it has committed US$ 25 billion in 151 countries to support large-scale prevention, treatment and care programs against the three diseases.

    • Developed a methodology for prospectively measuring the quality of grants approved by the Global Fund
    • Collected and Collated data on historical grant making, signing and implementation to inform a measure of prospecting grant quality and the development of an operational KPI
    • Conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis using collected data to identify predictors of grant quality and build predictive models (for HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis) which can inform three initiatives at the Global Fund: Special Data Initiative, Differentiation and Combined Assurance
