    - Anti-money laundering filter (first filter to be set up in HSBC France, scanning all incoming and outgoing payments)
    - Loro/Nostro reconciliation account system (implementing a new accounting platform for Loro/Nostro accounts, coaching and helping users as this was a big step change in work process and habits, writing new procedures)
