    2) Conduct Competitive analysis
    a) Benchmark of Competitors. Brand Awareness, Familiarity, Trust.
    b) Benchmark on income generation: UNICEF vs. other INGO's.
    Check of competitors web stores. Identify average donation, keep track of donation ranges, types and channels. Greeting cards and gifts collection range and prices.

    3) Maintain Data Base of current and past research (e.g. UNICEF Barometer data base comprising 15 years of data).
    4) Track trends evolution in overall greeting card industry and trends of new fundraising techniques.
    5) Enable UNICEF staff in Headquarters, National committees and Country offices to use available Market Knowledge data and help create a learning organisation by Knowledge sharing.
    6) Cover executional aspects of Market Knowledge.
    Liaise with our external agencies and providers of online subscription to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery of data, research results, trend reports and studies.
    Manage section research budget (Over $ 1, 5 million), update supervisor for planning, discussions and decision making.
    Prepare for budgeting and planning purposes Market Knowledge budget reports.
    Maintain office systems to allow an easy access to files, information.
