    * Designed and implemented the workshop layout in a JIT philosophy that use 1/4th the area previously planned. ;
    * Improved the productivity ( 200%) with new equipment, parts and work organisation. ;
    * Improved the logistics for better parts supply reliability (use of Kanban). ;
    * Organised the production with no buffer stocks, greatly simplifying production and quality management. ;
    * Ramped up the production from 25 to 150 parts per week in 2 months time. ;
    * Wrote the assembly procedures (complete with steps, parts references, drawings, pictures). ;
    * Managed the day to day activities: production planning, human resources, follow up. ;
    * Used only 1/4th of the allocated budget for the new production line.

    * Key player in the closer collaboration between the Brussels and the American colleagues. ;

    * Imagined and implemented a new production planning using Microsoft Project programmed in Visual Basic.

    Achievements:
    * Reduced the test time of the main product line from an average of 3 days down to 1 hour per cabinet (through a new work method from my own and the choice and implementation of the right test equipment). ;
    * Key player in the closer collaboration between the American and Belgian teams. ;
    * Implementation (in collaboration with our US colleagues) of an input/output simulator. ;
    * Worked on the implementation of an MRPII software, in charge of the production module (BOMs, routings,...). ;
    * Made the methods of assembly & test in a new user-friendly way involving the mix of digital pictures, drawings, references and comments on the documents. ;
    * Implemented a new Kanban warehouse.
