    - Specific Liquidated damages for late completion of work planned during shutdowns
    - High Safety Risk (Live Plant)
    - Many Interfaces with Plant Owner in addition to COMPANY’s Project Management Team

    Overall Sub-Project execution responsibility for the Brownfield / Revamping Area:
    - Responsible for basic engineering performed in Paris (~ 200 000 man-hours) and detailed engineering performed in TECHNIP Doha (~120 000 man-hours)
    - Supervision / Follow-up of procurement activities and support to construction team
    - Cost and progress control throughout the sub-Projects execution

  • TECHNIP - Subcontracting Manager

    Paris 2005 - 2009 Subcontracting Manager mainly on the following proposal / Projects:
    - Plateau Maintenance Project (PMP) – FEED & EPC Proposal (Over 150 Million US$)
    - B44 Project: Construction of vaccination formulation factory for Sanofi Pasteur in Val de Reuil in FRANCE (30 Million € order placed)
    - AKG2 project: Construction of gas treatment plant in QATAR (50 Million US$ order placed)

    . Establishment of construction strategy (Consortium, exclusivity agreement and multiple subcontractors scheme) in coordination with Top Management
    . Construction price estimation for EPC proposal and Participation with Top Management on Negotiations
