• Development owner of the overall cross-assets analytics proposition for the new Eikon platform, including 1200 web based views, 70 real-time interactive calculators and the Eikon Excel product offer. Eikon is the platform launched in 2010 by Thomson Reuters to support its new financial products
• Manage a $50M+ budget and 250+ staff worldwide (New York, Paris, Bangkok, Moscow)
• Active member of several leadership teams and steering groups, driving scope, funding and program decisions on product launch
• Implement a 20% cost reduction program
• Create a cross-assets analytics development group in Bangkok and Moscow in addition to the ones in Paris and New York.
• Ensure that investments and initiatives are aligned with business strategy and that priorities and milestones and quality standards are met
• Manage the Technical Directors responsible for delivering the propositions required by every business from the Markets organization (Treasury, Fixed Income, Exchange Traded Instruments, Commodities & Energy)
• Introduce agile delivery methods of work and tools for improving time to market
• Effectively drive deliveries, ensuring alignment with business priorities by working closely with key Development Managers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance and Operations
• Design and deliver the new server side analytics platform of Eikon focused on distributed computing, caching, scalability, throughput and performance

• Product Group Manager responsible for the ‘Global trading’ activity in the Risk Product Business Unit
• Manage a group of 6 Product Managers and Financial Engineers specialized on Risk Management systems (Kondor+) and Credit Limit systems (KreditNet) with real-time, global and multi-system capabilities
• Kondor+ is developed by 40 developers and is installed in 400+ banks worldwide. KreditNet is developed by 15+ developers and is used by more than 90 banks worldwide
• Responsible for the design of the global architecture to give traders and risk managers the ability to share trading books, have a global and real-time consolidated view of their P&L and credit limits, with a system available 24 hours a day, 6 days a week
• Responsible for the definition of the new releases by meeting clients and Reuters representatives worldwide
• Plan, organize, analyze risk, facilitate and track product production efforts. Serve as client/team point of contact for all team communication
• Form teams, analyze the scope of projects, schedule meetings, define project milestones, assign tasks and control work procedures. Integrate company staff from pertinent internal departments into project teams
• Responsible for the definition of the new releases by meeting clients and Reuters representatives worldwide
• Plan, organize, analyze risk, facilitate and track product production efforts. Serve as client/team point of contact for all team communication
