Terdici is both a company and a trademark launched by Philippe. Terdici manufactures and distributes architectural coatings, especially coloured decorative plasters and decorative waxes.
Philippe performed the duties necessary to launch Terdici’s activities: market analysis, products research and development, production and logistics, marketing, business development, information technology, suppliers and clients relationship, accountancy.
Philippe is currently the managing director of the company as well as its product development director.

For a large bank, implemented a Java application for the consolidation of client information. Managed the development team (600 man-days).
Designed and implemented two complex Java technical MVC frameworks. The first was a data and processing security framework and the second was a batch framework, both were targetted for all developers for each new application at the bank.
Developed, advised and optimized the new internal computing system of Andersen Consulting. Analysed, designed and implemented the time reporting application.
