• The business knowledge in Investment funds (both plain vanilla & alternatives) and Private Banking, the project management of large transformation projects in the fields of operational excellence, business processes outsourcing and core banking system selection & implementation
• The lean / six sigma methodology and business reviews, the definition and design of target operating model from a process, organizational and technical point of view
• He also developed an expertise on key regulatory aspects as UCITS & AIFMD.
Before joining Deloitte, I worked 7 years for a renowned Asset Manager and was entrusted responsibilities in the Middle Office area.
