Ensure the French Red Cross representation in Sri Lanka
Responsible of the unit projects implemented in Sri Lanka: These projects cover several fields, the water and Sanitation, the rehabilitation and rebuilding 20 M€, and the cooperation agreements 5M€:
Planning and operational coordination: General planning the activities per periods, organization of the average materials, animation of the team (Planning the operational objectives of each, follow-up of the control of the tasks /responsibilities of the coordinators), validation of the decisions (operational and strategic orientations).
Human Resources coordination: organization of HR locals and expatriates, repartition the tasks and responsibilities, evaluation the staffs for the FRC, Follow the respect and the application of the operation rules (security), and follow the anticipated request of requirements in human resources.
Follow the NGO’s projects financed by FRC (cooperation agreement).
