  automating almost 90% of its earlier manual process using Business Process
  Management (BPM) tool.

  Puteaux 2010 - 2015 • Worked as a Project lead and developer to design and build Loan Processing Application (LPA) for a leading US banking client by automating more than 90% of banks earlier manual process using IBM’s Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
  
  • Conducted end-to-end Testing of (LPA) application by using outlined/creating-different test cases.
  
  • Integrated (LPA) application to other systems using BPM tool and have implemented new changes in business requirements. Along, with its testing.
  
  • Have guided the team members on how to efficiently develop a business process, along with providing insight on how to apply BPM tool features to fulfill a given business requirement.
  
  • Under my offshore leadership, have successfully developed and launched two Project Life Cycles of Loan Processing Application.
  
  • Reduced time to approve loan to below 3 hours from earlier 4 days in no exception case
  
  • Apart from solving 100% defects related to our Project, have actively participated to diagnose the defects of other teams with which our application had interaction.
  
  • Have conducted BPM trainings at Off-shore for new entrants, and have also attended trainings with respect to the new versions of BPM tool to gain knowledge on its enhanced features.
  
  • Have also provided support function for our applications during the critical stages
