After working for Measurement Specialties as a Measurement Technician I became a quality engineer (through a work training scheme).
Following this experience, I made my way to a career in quality engineering by going back to my studies undertaken through a work training scheme. This experience allowed me to make the management of non-compliance, document management and monitor the changes for products. I was commissioned as a single auditor in a plant based in China to analyze the causes of no quality.
To continue my experience in Quality, I focused on the Customer Quality side. This activity makes me work daily with different participants worldwide located. I am in charge of customer relations as analyzes of returns (and costs linked) and the implementation of containment and corrective actions. I also participated in process improvements through a task force in Mexico.
