  Contributing to elaborate, following up and evaluating local urban projects in accordance to sustainable growth policies, such as:
  * Republic Square reconstruction, working tightly with famous architects (T.V.K. Studio, Yann KERSALE) ;
  * study and implementation of an eco-neighborhood in collaboration with national agencies for Accommodation and Energy (A.N.A.H., A.D.E.M.E.);
  * sustainable rehabilitation of a XIXth century iron structured market, « Le Carreau du Temple », transformed by EIFFAGE into a polyvalent public equipment for sports and cultural events ;
  * review of a patrimonial urban plan legally rulling construction in this historical built heart of Paris, in negociation with the Ministry of Culture and Arts ;
  * elaboration and implementation of a week-end pedestrian area including main cultural and historical highlights of « Le Marais » famous quarter ;
  * successful experiment of nightly and week-end delivery parking stations opening, firstly negociated with Police authority and finally enlarged to all the city.
  Annual budget monitoring and representing the district Mayor to operational municipal divisions, contractors and Police authority (Chief Commissioner of the Paris Police) : reporting, political and legal advising with the ability of public speech.
  Providing public mediation and event coordination during processing those projects with due communication tools and public debate rules: writing analysis, memos and also newsletters for the communication department.

  Legal profilate formation, targeting banks, public institutions and foreign lawyers cabinets.
  Prospecting and monitoring international bids for legal formation, in partnership with Bdpa and the Deposit and Consignment Office.

  2003 - 2003 Humanitarian mission Delegate - « Children of the World-Human Rights » (« E.M.D.H. », Paris 3rd) in Baghdad (Irak) :
  Evaluating and reporting humanitarian needs on behalf of Unicef, concerning orphanages organization. Creation of a mobile unit dedicated to help street children: negociating with other N.G.O.'s and coordinating local staff.
