    • Coordinator between the chief company and sub-contractors (Sfax and Moknin).
    • Ensure the management of preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipments installed in subcontractors.

    • To validate downtime internal and external.
    • Coordination between the various departments to find technical solutions in order to solve production or quality problems.
    • To participate in the project site to Moknin: change system electrical control stations. This project was conducted with a team of Romania respecting to the deadline and the quality.
    Since May.2011
    • Ensure technical training (theoretical and practical) service technicians Prüftechnik in sites Draexlmaier.
    • Carry out all trainings regarding the test system to all kind of clients.
    • Project Manager "Q-Offensive": data analysis and monitoring results.
    • Participate in analyzing customer complaints with the service quality and production.
    • Analyze technical problems and reclaim equipments: participate each week in a conference call with the site in Mexico, Germany and Romania to find the necessary solutions.
    • Analyze the customer complaints caused by the machines.
    • Continue improvement in process.
    • Collaboration with product management in assessment of the test systems in the customer plants and the corresponding documentation of the results.
    • Responsible for analyzing problems in direct connection with test stations (partially of highly complex nature)
    • Exchanging necessary information with the corresponding responsible areas.
    • Putting testing stations into operation at the customer’s site at home and abroad.
