  Paris 2012 - maintenant Staffing and management of 13 engineers: Project managers, Sevice Engineers, Network, Data base and system engineers.
  We are supporting Orange affiliates in different projects in France, Europe and the AMEA region.
  We cover VAS activities: IP TV, Orange Cloud, Orange personal information management and Smart access.
  My main tasks are:
  • Assigning adequate resources based on project needs and resources workload.
  • Evaluating time/cost for different interventions and doing follow-up.
  • Financial Budget plan preparation and follow up
  • Taking care of relationship with different affiliates.
  • New Activity setup, development and follow up.
  • Recruitment and growing competence of new members
  • Implementation of necessary tools and KPIs to follow up.
  • Planning monitoring and control, budget and risks on projects
  • Organization of regular steering meetings with clients
  
  Our main technical tasks are:
  • Administration of VAS solutions for Orange Contacts and synchro. (More than 1 billion contacts).
  • Level 3 support for Orange contacts and synchro solution.
  • System Engineering: IP TV nodes integration, contacts and agenda
  • Qualification of new delivery according to product roadmap.
  • Build and support of Orange solution: Orange mail Contacts, Cloud Solution
  • Implement supervision layer for TV solutions: Senegal, France, Spain.
  • Level 3 support for Orange TV skill center platforms.
  • Responsible of the networks platforms design of Device Management infrastructure, in compliance with Orange standards.
  • Provide level 3 support to user by expert actions and technical assistance.
  • Project manager of the deployment of an IP TV LAB in Sofrecom Tunisia.
  
  

• Tunisiana - Responsable equipe planification reseau coeur

  Tunis 2007 - 2012 Technical Leading and managing a team of engineers, responsible for core networks activities.
   Planning & designing of core network architecture including MSS-MGW, MSC, HLR, STPs, BSCs, RNCs and other associated nodes based upon the Subs traffic model, Subs Growth trends & in close coordination with the marketing teams.
   Deliver End-to-end high level and detailed design of Circuit Switch Core Network.
   Analysis of traffic load on the core GSM networks and recommends required expansion especially for events: Aid, summer events...
   Define basic requirements of transmission capacity: IP MPLS, SDH
   Monitoring and optimization of main KPI of core Network.
   Planning and co-ordination the rollout of new POI with Other PLMN and International careers (Orange, Tunisia Telecom, WIS, MLINK, FT, TIS…).
   Launch Regular audit on Core elements in order to ensure capacity and to meet provider's recommendations.
   Preparing Budget and CS core roadmap.
   Technical Support to presales projects for planning and optimization issues.
   Define basic requirements of transmission capacity: MPLS, SDH.
   Coordination with VAS for smooth launching of services and promotions (IN, SMSC, IVR, USSD…)
   DATA Fill assistance for MSS, MGW,BSC , RNC creation, SGSN.
   Architecture and network optimization in the following areas: speech routing network, network redesign, signaling routing network, parameters setting.

  Work with vendor to prepare the High Level design for MSS Pooling

   Dimensioning the solution and prepare the HLD/LLD.
